temporary errors still happening

Comersus Version: 607
Database type: Other
Frequency: Permanent issue

Hi, I've posted about this before but can't find them.. here's what's happening –

Support,
There are errors in your Comersus Store.
Error: Update Error in addItem, error: [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-4.1.21-community-nt]You have an error in your SQL syntax check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 – Err.Number:-2147467259 – SQL:INSERT INTO cartRows (idProduct, quantity, unitPrice, unitCost, unitWeight, idDbSessionCart, personalizationDesc) VALUES (15,1,350,0,0,119,"")
Time: 10:35:19 AM
Logged idCustomer:0
Additional Information:

This seems to happen with almost any product.. in my store. I don't know what that '' is except double apostrophes.. it's almost like something isn't filled in that should be that the database wants like that personalizationDesc or something? Is there a way to turn something off to test it? I looked in my database itself and the items appear to be in there correctly.

Any help?

Thanks,

Craig
