Trouble getting e-mail of orders placed

Database type: Access
Frequency: Permanent issue


Dear Comersus,
I was having promblems geting emails after an order has been placed so i downloaded the diagnostic utility.
When i ran it i received the following email:

This configuration works!
Component:cdo
SMTP Server:ttkteexch1
Email From:xxxxxxxx@ggil.biz

The diagnostic screen for the component that works is ASP smart mail however when i set it to that in the configuration settings and i go back and place a test order, I still get nothing.
When i use the Cdonts component, nothing happens as well.
Can you please advise what is the next step?
