Trouble getting e-mail of orders placed

Dear Comersus,
I was having promblems geting emails after an order has been placed so i downloaded the diagnostic utility.
When i ran it i received the following email:
This configuration works!
Component:cdo
SMTP Server:ttkteexch1
Email From:xxxxxxxx@ggil.biz
The diagnostic screen for the component that works is ASP smart mail however when i set it to that in the configuration settings and i go back and place a test order, I still get nothing.
When i use the Cdonts component, nothing happens as well.
Can you please advise what is the next step?

If you are receiving an email from Diagnostics and Tools, then you should configure email settings with the same information and it will send outbound emails. If you are not getting emails at saveOrder, check pDisableSaveOrderEmail setting (turn off)
