Unable to change order status

Frequency: Permanent issue


We're using PayPal Gateway. When we try to "Mark All pending orders as Paid" we get the following error message:

There are errors in your BackOffice+: Error in getSettingKey error The server rejected one or more recipient addresses The server respo

So, all of our orders still show as pending. When going manually to an individual order, the only options to change the status to are "In Process" or "Cancelled". When checking "In Process" we get this message:


You cannot change to the same previous order status.

pPayPalCapture is currently set to -1.
